Just like add to above post and vent a little more anger, really is kick in the teeth for the hotlappers that work on a WR (trust me it definately feels like work sometimes) then after achieving a decent honest time, to have someone do the same old tricks and cheat his way to WR again.
Its been said a few times already, yes you can hit walls and get away with it , sometimes thats just a tap, or a mistake, but this guys exploits it every time.
Failiure is somthing id like to see with the engine, it would make it even more difficult then it is presently.
But how do you code this in, it was noticable in S1 the degrading of power in the engine, more noticible then it is presently imo, the popcorn noise was the sign of a slow death.
Phew Hard work this hotlapping stuff
Been interesting battles going on, and certainly feels wierd having no biggie around to scare you from doing a combo.
Michel Denham leading mostly, but e2mustang seems to be countering
And they also race in a different timezone richo, different name just when abbrieviated its the same.
This thread i seem to be hostage in or am duty bound to be objectively reasoned with judement and opinion.
ok so bla bla > nasrat
nasrat btw i seem to recall banning a few times or kicking and making server private during my days at dSRC.
I even had to leave that server , i was enjoying a limited HP race/qual session. Enter nasrat > for last 45-1 hour min + going on on on about this. And then brings it to the forums.
I bet majoiry of people never heard of this small SCR team ?
SoutherCrossRacing [SCR] being the freindly team they are , im sure wont force anything like a team name change, there hasnt been a problem for this team before why now , because of some person with noting better to do. (as he/she said himself/herself)
Im on this server right now.
I cant see anyproblem they are not pretending to be Southern cross at all.
A poor attempt at trolling both in forums and on the server.
Kancel by Design i think most would agree that the FXO easier car to drive , it should not be penalised for being naturally "better" or "easier"
However you want to put it FXO might be untoubable on a hotlap but what it has in speed it has lost in stability. A few "hot" laps and thats pretty much all it can do, so far in my testing. It is Difficult to keep pace with XRT once tyres are cooked , and keeping them competive is not a simple task. So to compensate you quite litteraly have to drive slower to keep up
Id suggest looking at your set gearing ratio, and listening/feeling for slip in the diff.
i have g25 and i use both manual auto clutch. Both have difficulties to overcome when using.
FXO and XRT and RB4 are the same as always perhaps at a different pace for now then last time.
FXO fast again (but is suffering with the front tyres ALOT)
XRT can hold off FXO but is approx .3 .5 seconds per minute slower on average ive found, the clutch is also easier to melt on the FXO for me.
RB4 feels faster but thats perhaps distorted perception :drugs:
AI will make those FPS dissapear fast with a full Grid. Comparrisons should between online and single player should be seperated i think and shouldnt be compared.
I setup a single player AI Race 1 lap and recorded the replay here
would make a good benchmark for comparing results.

Only problem with that theory is that the UF1 is slow and slow out
My Advice is Learn one car, one set at time on one track, once you know that like the back of your hand , youll be able to feel the differences in the set chage much more imo.
